Do I have to be present during service?
No. You do not have to be present upon our arrival, and you do not have to be present during your cleaning. Simply leave us a key, give us a door/ garage code, or if you feel comfortable, leave a door unlocked!

How do I prepare for my cleaner?
There’s no need to clean before we arrive, but a little prep helps us work efficiently. Please remove laundry, and dishes from counters and floors, and remove personal items like mail, and valuables.

What about my pet?
We love your furry friends! 🐾 For their safety and ours, we kindly ask that pets be secured in a crate or kept in a separate room while we clean. This helps us work efficiently without any distractions or worries.
